Thank you for trusting us to help you grow your business faster by leveraging the LinkedIn platform. Our role is to bring all of our expertise, experience, and energy to help you achieve the results you deserve.

Our Guarantee:
If you’re not 100% delighted after the first hour of this service, we’ll refund you—no questions asked.

RULES OF THE GAME (For both parties)

  • Be willing to mutually support the purpose, values, rules, and goals of each entity.
  • Be coachable and communicative.
  • Always speak with good purpose.
  • Acknowledge that what is communicated is true for the speaker in that moment. If you disagree or don’t understand, ask clarifying questions.
  • Complete your agreements:
    • Make only agreements you fully intend to keep—especially meeting times.
    • Communicate potential broken agreements at the first appropriate time and ensure meetings are diarised.
    • Clear up any broken agreements at the first opportunity.
  • Be effective and efficient. Optimise every interaction—let’s achieve more with less.
  • Seek mutually beneficial (win–win) outcomes.
  • Focus on what is working.
  • When in doubt, check it out—don’t assume.
  • Be responsible. No blame, justification, or excuses.
  • Agree to agree.
  • Hold the other person “innocent” until proven “guilty.”
  • If an upset lasts longer than 50 minutes, seek support from a neutral third party.

THE NITTY GRITTY

This small print is designed to help you maximise the efficiency and impact of our work together.

Your Action Plan and/or invoice outlines your service overview. The details below support that agreement.

Parties:
This Agreement is between buntu. (a trading name of Learn For Your Life Pty Ltd, ABN 62 085 441 274) and the client.

Communication:
Please whitelist [email protected] to ensure smooth correspondence.
We aim to respond the same day and guarantee a reply within 48 business hours. We request the same standard from you.

If you’re busy, a quick acknowledgment keeps communication flowing and progress on track. Lack of communication de-energizes our team—let’s stay engaged.

If we haven’t received a response within 30 days, your project may be marked as stalled.

After 45 days, we’ll notify you that your campaign is scheduled for archiving.

At 60 days, your project will be archived.

A $597 + GST reactivation fee will apply to resume work.

You’ll hear from us when:

    • Meetings are scheduled with our team.
    • The LinkedIn, Creative, Data, or Concierge teams need your input or approval.
    • Campaign collateral (e.g., cards) moves to print or delivery.
    • We report results, recommend actions, or seek clarifications.
  • No refunds are available after the first hour of service.
  • There is a cost to inaction. Please keep yourself accountable for implementation.
  • Email reminders for meetings will not be sent—please monitor both email and LinkedIn DMs for updates.
  • Sessions may be recorded but will not be distributed outside your team. Our IP matters—thank you for respecting it.
  • Information shared will be accurate and current at the time of delivery.
  • We accept no responsibility for changes or updates to the LinkedIn platform.
  • Doing the work is your key to results; unless agreed otherwise, we do not “do the work for you.”
  • Ongoing education and support from our team are available.
  • We may need certain logins or links to deliver your campaign effectively—please test all accesses before sharing.

YOU’RE THE HERO

We won’t “sell your TV for you.” Results come from taking action and staying visible.

We recommend you:

  • Attend all booked meetings.
  • Engage meaningfully with your LinkedIn audience.
  • Click the notification bell on key connections.
  • Like, comment, and share valuable content.
  • Leverage LinkedIn’s content strategy.
  • Use DMs to send valuable updates or event invitations.
  • Publicly endorse, recommend, and edify others in your network.
  • Request permission to share your calendar and add value through meaningful conversations.
  • Contribute to relevant industry and business networks.
  • Call, email, or message warm leads to maintain communication.
  • Keep your database current and share digital copies of your materials.

PAYMENT & TERMS

All prices are in Australian dollars, exclusive of GST, unless otherwise stated.

This Agreement begins when your deposit or payment is received and remains in effect until our commitment is fulfilled.
We prioritise actively engaged clients who provide timely feedback and materials.

Sunset Clause:
If we have no contact from you for 60 days, any payments made may be forfeited unless you’ve made alternate arrangements.
Reactivation after 60 days incurs a $597 + GST fee.
If no engagement occurs for over three months within 12 months of project start, continuation is at buntu.’s CEO discretion.

Postponements:
Think of this like a gym membership—payments continue even if you pause. You may become “in credit”; services MAY remain available within 12 months.

Payments must remain in advance of service delivery.
Accepted payment methods include Procuret (invoice finance), direct deposit, or credit card (merchant and interest fees apply).

CAMPAIGN TERMINATION & REFUNDS

At commencement, we invest resources, research, and intellectual property into your project.

If you decide not to proceed or delay indefinitely, refunds are not available.
Your results correlate directly with your engagement—attendance and action matter.

If you withdraw focus, delay responses, or fail to meet commitments, we ask that you take personal responsibility for that choice.

By signing this Agreement or by paying your deposit, you confirm your engagement of our services as per your Action Plan and/or invoice and/or related email documentation.
